The first go around
They sucked. Really. They wouldn't hold tight to my ears, allowing excessive road noise.
Called them, they said they would re-do, just send back the impressions.
So I did.
Several days later
A phone call from Precision Labs - the impressions are too soft, as provided by my audiologist. They will send their kit, at my cost, for a re-do. I got the package, had my audio gal take another impression.
So far I'm up to 50 bucks for impressions in this grand process..
Called yesterday -
The new ones should be here by Friday, at the latest.. 2 day shipping..
Not here yet..
mananna?
Thursday April 14 2011 and..
They sent the earbuds back fedEx, signature required, >21 years old!
WTFO?
Went to FedEx store, and of course I had not put a 'hold' on the delivery so I'm in San Luis, they are in Creston delivering..
ARRRGH!
New ones arrived and..
they still suck. Really. They break the seal way too easily, making a popping noise each time I open my mouth or sing, or even move my head in a certain direction (like to stick the faceshield into the wind to clear rain drops,.
Sent email to them, no reply back.
