2021-12-24 Mowie Mowie Starter Repair

So I bought a $40 dollar starter from Amazon. It sucked. The motor housing was too long, had to trim engine heat guard.

After about 2 months, the plastic starter gear failed.

Ordered Briggs and Stratton part to replace broken gear on OEM motor. While waiting for delivery, cleaned OEM motor up and found clever
way to hold brushes in place for re-install.

Lots of brush carbon all around..

Cleaned everything up.. any my ShadeTreeTrick to keep brushes in place for cap install!

When parts arrive will rebuild this motor for a spare.
