Removing headers was royal PITA.

What a good looking engine though!
Some of the exhaust studs came out. That's better than frozen in place.

Didn't realize each header was discrete, stand-alone. Thought they were a 'group', connected.

I engraved the cylinder number in two places. One up by clamp collar, the other at slip joint into muffler.
