Still chasing down a working set of carb racks as worked on by 'WiredGeorge'...  Gotta say, not so happy.

Sent two racks two racks to WG.

Bike ran like crap. Notice any difference in these pilot screws? The bottom is center carb, LHS. It has a helicoil in it.

WTFO? And it didn't want to thread in nice, either. Cleaned up with a die.. But still. Really?
