2025-02-07 Leaky Pilot Jet O-Rings

While rebuilding the carburetors, I noticed some small bubbles escaping from the pilot jet O-ring when using the scotch tool. That was with lacquer thinner. Put some Snoop on the top and pressurized. Lots of bubbles!

I realize pressurizing is the opposite of vacuum and I am pressurizing at a higher pressure using my air compressor at 15 psi versus pulling a vacuum when the engine is running.

Curious to see what the boys at K Z 1300.com say...
