2021-01-10 Fuel Delivery, Inner Fender, Spark Plug Readings..
New to me used inner fender installed.. Nice to cover up the electronics and connectors previously
exposed to grit, water, etc. Fender did not fit perfectly, or even half perfect.. So Ty-Raps for now
while fender takes a 'set' after time and temperture excursions. Did not want to cross thread the
fastener when not aligned correctly.
Amazing how much crap comes off the rear tire...this should be much better..

Saw a great post on KZ1300 from another rider who re-positioned the Pingel to point straight back then fllow direct into carb inlet.

I think this will work... Hose clamps for FI systems are better than 'standard' clamps.. even for gravity feed systems...
On to spark plug readings.. On the 'Flog Ride', burned almost 1/2 quart of oil. The last ride a 'normal' ride, burned a little, not a alot.. sight glass window down from 3/4 to
1/2 but still visible. Next tank will run a heavy dose of Yamaha Ring Free to see if the oil rings will settle in...And after that flog ride, will change oil to Valvoline Racing.

Tomorrow, re-sync carbs to factory specs, not at 4k rpm as per last experiement, flush cooling system, install Evans Coolant, add Ring Free to gasoline then flog the beast again!
